School’s out and it’s time to party! Have a little pizza and meet an award-winning writer who makes kids want to read even when they don’t have to! Elizabeth Levy of NYC is the author of over 80 books including Who Are You Calling a Woolly Mammoth? and Keep Ms. Sugarman in the Fourth Grade, and there are about five million of her books in print. “I love to try writing different types of books—everything from funny mysteries to novels about kids who get in trouble to history,” says Levy, and Publishers Weekly praises in particular her “invention of baffling comedy mysteries.” She enjoys silly jokes and all things funny, a subject she gets to explore in My Life as a Fifth Grade Comedian, and she loves visiting with her fans of all ages and getting them talking about her books. Geared to ages 7 and up. |
