Peper has himself just published a father-son golf book, a memoir called Playing Partners: A Father, a Son, and Their Shared Addiction to Golf.

Like Murray’s, Peper's life in golf began early. Since the day he first caddied for his father, golf has been his career, his hobby, his obsession. While Playing Partners primarily describes Peper's nine-year golfing relationship with his younger son, Scott, stories of Peper's other golf experiences and tips learned from the pros he met through GOLF Magazine are also included.

Peper is the author of numerous golf history and instructional books, such as Golf Courses of the PGA Tour and Golf in America: The First 100 Years, as well as the co-author with Bill Murray (Drew's uncle) of the best-selling Cinderella Story. A personal memoir is quite a departure, says his wife, who describes it with a laugh as "very honest." She promises that she and other family members will be on hand to defend themselves!

Reservations recommended: 914-332-5953.
Please note that this reading was rescheduled from June 12th.

Suggested Donation: $5 ($3 for members)

The readings at the HVWC are made possible in part by a grant from the Bydale Foundation; the Taft Foundation; and the Thendara Foundation; with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency, and the National Endowment for the Arts; and by Westchester Arts Council with funds from Westchester County Government, corporations and individuals.
