Come
celebrate a collaboration between the Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary
Art, The Hudson Valley Writers’ Center, and stage directors Mara Mills
and Tom Kramer. Image and Script presents six 5-10 minute
short plays inspired by large paintings in Size Matters: XXL,
an exhibition of monumental-size works by 31 international artists. Each
respective painting will serve as a backdrop for the plays, with the audience
moving from one painting to another as the performance progresses. There
will be time after the performance for you to tour the gallery and view
all 31 works of art.
Seating is on the floor or standing; audience is limited to 30 people a showing. Additional performance times on Sunday will be added by demand.
