Dungeons & Dragons – Youth Event

Join us for a creative story-telling adventure!
This original Dungeons & Dragons adventure will encourage story creation skills, and children will have fun while working together to achieve a common goal. Through a mixture of live role-playing and dice-driven tabletop gameplay, participants will unravel a mystery, defeat monsters and other foes, and discover magical treasure. This 3-hour fully interactive story will be an experience to remember!
Cast Party’s Andy Cannistra, a local Sleepy Hollow resident, AYSO soccer coach, professional gamemaster, and cast member of the Dungeons and Dragons podcast, Podcast Party: Descent into Avernus, will write the adventure, create the props, and serve as the event’s gamemaster.
Participants should be aged 9-12 and are asked to bring a bottle of water, a snack, their imagination, and a cooperative spirit. No prior Dungeons & Dragons experience is necessary! Registration includes a take-home souvenir.
This will take place at the Hudson Valley Writers Center, located at the Philipse Manor RR station in Sleepy Hollow, NY.
