Join us for a creative storytelling adventure!
Cast Party’s Andy Cannistra, a local Sleepy Hollow resident, AYSO soccer coach, professional gamemaster, and cast member of the Dungeons and Dragons podcasts, Podcast Party: Descent into Avernus and Podcast Party: Memories of Holdenshire, will write the adventure, create the props, and serve as the event’s gamemaster.
This event will include three specially designed cocktails (a non-alcoholic option available). These “magic potions” will mirror the theme of the game. Drinking the cocktails is not a requirement to enjoy the adventure. Please drink responsibly. All players must be 21 or over. Participants needn’t bring anything except a cooperative spirit.
Through a mixture of live role-playing and dice-driven tabletop gameplay, guests will create a unique story as they unravel a mystery of a mysterious winter solstice cult, defeat insidious foes, and (hopefully) save a village of innocent people during the holiday season.
Tickets are $65 for individuals or $425 to reserve an entire event (for max 7 people). Ticket includes a 3-4 hour fully interactive immersive story, take-home souvenir, live actors & prerecorded music. No prior knowledge of Dungeons & Dragons is required. Three magic potions (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and light snacks are provided. Players can use the pre-generated characters provided or bring their own 3rd level D&D 5e character. All characters start with the standard starting equipment, the standard array for stats, and may utilize any official published WOTC source material. No homebrew or UA. And if you don’t know what that means. No worries!
This event will take place in person only at HVWC located at our historic station house at the Philipse Manor RR station in Sleepy Hollow NY.
