A gentle invitation to reconnect with your inner wisdom through art. Whether you're navigating a transition, facing a decision, or simply craving a creative reset, this session offers a soft landing and a spark of insight.

Inspired by the Painting Your Personal Mythology method, we’ll use intuitive prompts, visual storytelling, and journaling to bypass the inner critic and tap into the quiet clarity waiting beneath the noise. No art experience is needed, just curiosity and a willingness to explore. Participants are welcome to bring a journal and anything else they like: a favorite sketchbook, pens, markers, or water-soluble paints, but absolutely nothing is required.
