Deep Revisioning – Multi-Disciplinary Workshop with Leah Souffrant (via Zoom)

Our workshop will emphasize revision as a process and generative mode of discovery, play, and insight. Together, we will practice re-envisioning our drafts in terms of language, idea, structure, style, and sense. We’ll explore minor and major possibilities for developing a draft, helping each other as we practice giving and receiving feedback and implementing changes. This mult-disciplinary workshop invites writers of poetry and prose to bring along whatever they want to work on — from your best-written imperfect concepts and your worst-drafted great ideas — and be prepared to work both collaboratively and independently in this lively workshop.

Participants will be asked to share 2 pages of poetry or prose (double spaced) with the instructor in advance of the workshop.
