Legend of Sleepy Hollow Family Storytelling Event (in person at HVWC)

Storyteller David Neilsen will perform a 25-minute retelling of Washington Irving’s “The Legend of Sleepy Hollow”. In costume, Neilsen uses Irving’s original language to set the scene and take the audience on a ride along with Ichabod Crane on that fateful night. This will be a fun, family event, featuring additional Halloween treats and activities for guests.

Join Hudson Valley Writers Center for a memorable experience to celebrate Halloween season in Sleepy Hollow! Participants may take photos but not video, please! This is a family friendly event, though it does contain some slightly spooky content, so the organizer suggests children in audience be 8+.
