Set your imagination to music at the SHAC Songwriting Workshop! Join Josh Lewis, artistic director of the Sleepy Hollow Arts Collective (SHAC), for two fun-filled afternoons of original songwriting. Combining high energy games with structured exercises exploring song structure, rhythm, melody, and lyric writing, the group will collectively write songs to be performed in a brief workshop presentation at the culmination of the program.
Josh Lewis is the Founder and Artistic Director of the Sleepy Hollow Arts Collective (SHAC). Prior to moving up the Hudson, he lived in New York City for three decades, where he worked as a director, writer, actor, and composer.
