Telling Stories: The Art of Biography with Stephanie Stein Crease (Zoom)

Have you ever had the urge to write about a friend or family member? Or, maybe about an artist, actress, historical figure, or someone who inspires you, and tell their story? If you are interested and ready to take the next steps toward what can be a lengthy project, this course will guide you in the process of writing a biographical narrative.

Writing about another person is fascinating, demanding, and rewarding. It means bringing another person to life, while gaining insight into your own creative process. You’ll need to research and deliberate about describing your subject’s personality, looks, and outlook on life while “locating” them in their environments.
