About the event

The writer–publisher relationship is built on trust, shared creative vision, and clear communication. Together, this team navigates the practicalities of contracts, timelines, and the commercial and artistic landscapes. This discussion offers an inside look at what writers can expect when working with a publisher, from editorial collaboration to design and production decisions. Participants will gain practical insight into how to set expectations, ask the right questions, and build a transparent and effective working relationship that supports both their work and getting it into the hands of readers.
